Our InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector has over 10 years of residential inspection experience.
Purchasing a home or selling real estate is one of the most important and costly decisions you will ever make. We understand the significance of your investment and will work with you to uncover the details of your property.
A detailed home inspection typically takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on the age of the home and the square footage. It is important to set a date and time for your inspection that fits your schedule so you can be present to ask questions and see the home through our inspector’s eyes. This is why we work afternoons, evenings and weekends to be able to fit into your schedule.

Commercial Inspections
Our commercial inspector is a member of the Certified Commercial Property Inspector Association (CPPIA), a licensed Professional Engineer in Maine with over 30 years of facility engineering experience, 20 of which performing commercial building inspections.
Commercial properties we have experience with include veterinary offices, condominiums, armories, warehouses, business offices, rental units, and restaurants.
We also perform inspections of medical office buildings in preparation for a Joint Commission Survey of the business occupancy spaces.
Another commercial service we provide is accessibility inspections of existing commercial buildings for compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
